1. Director (HRD)

Desired Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (two years) in Personnel Management / Master in Business Administration with specialisation in Personnel Management / Human Resources Management as special paper / elective subject / Master in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Master in Personnel Management and Labour Welfare from a recognised University or Institute / Institute of Management Degree in Law from a recognised University / Institute will be an additional advantage Experience:
A proven track record of at least 20 years of experience in relevant functional areas out of which 5 (five) years should be at the level of at most two positions below the Board of Directors.

Key Skill:
In-depth knowledge and experience of managing HR functions, coordinating, implementing IR policies, management functions, administrative control, etc For Private Sector Executives:
He should be working at Board level position or non-Board Level position reporting directly to the Board (one position below the Board) in a pnvate company listed on stock exchange having turnover of more than Rs. 500 (Five hundred) crore.

Age Limit:
Maximum 56 (fifty six) years as on the last date of submission of application.

Scale of Pay:
Rs. 37400-67000/- with grade pay of Rs. 9000/- with DA as applicable. HRA or Company leased accommodation, Medical Allowance and other perks as per Rules
