HOW TO APPLY:
1. Applications forms for Sl.No. 1, 2 may be obtained from Section Officer (Admn.I), National Institute of Health & F.W., Baba Gang Nath Marg, New Delhi-110067 on payment of Rs.500/- by a crossed Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft in favour of Director, National Institute of Health and Family Welfare., New Delhi payable at New Delhi (No fee for SC & ST, Women and Physically handicapped candidates) either personally or by sending a request alongwith a self addressed envelope (9”x4”) duly stamped for Rs.10/-.
2. Applications for Sr.No.1 and 2 may be sent through proper channel. Applications form can also be downloaded by clicking on “Download Form”. Downloaded applications must be accompanied by the prescribed fee as indicated above.
3. Completed applications alongwith photocopies of educational qualifications and experience certificates should reach to the Director, National Institute of Health & Family Welfare, Baba Gang Nath Marg, Munirka, New Delhi-110067 on or before 29th October, 2010.
